Sarai Beauty LLC reserves the right to ship orders via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or Fedex at anytime, at its discretion. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped with the tracking number attached.

Shipping and Delivery times:

Returns and Exchanges:

It is our mission at Sarai Beauty LLC to ship products and provide service of only the highest quality. Due to sanitation protocols, Sarai Beauty LLC cannot accept products for returns after the original packaging has been opened.

Returns and exchanges of unopened products are accepted with 30 days of the date of the original purchase. Once the item is in our possession and we check to make sure their are no damages, missing products, or use of the item you will have the option of a refund or an exchange.
