Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard shipping delivery times are approximately 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and standard carrier rates apply.

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Sarai Beauty Esthetics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information or carrier disruptions once the package has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original packaging and condition

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Final Sale Items

All sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
